CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATION POLICY To avoid a cancellation fee, please make any changes or cancellations at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the service price to their card on file. NO SHOWS Clients who no show their appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service to their card on file. LATE POLICY If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be canceled depending on availability. If I am unable to accommodate you and no communication was received about your late arrival, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. Please communicate as soon as possible if you know you’ll be running late.
